• Search sales dates up to 60 months back 

• Search by sale date range and year-built date range 

• Single-line-per-property table view

• Document number 

• Price per square foot for living area and gross area

• Custom comparable criteria used to generate the report  

• Sales Price for comparable homes  

• Sale Type  

• Fireplace 

• Year Built  

• Select from multiple land use and property style options 

Map Improvements

You can now view owner names directly on the map to instantly verify your target property, reducing clicks and saving valuable time.
