Our new Listing History report provides property listing photos, days on market, recent listings, agent/broker info, and value trends.

Improve Decision Making

Users can access a property’s listing history, including property listing photos, recent listing information, listing agent/broker info, and value trends to help inform better decisions about the property.

  • Photos provide users with visuals of the inside and outside of the subject property to help them assess their interest or potential value of the property.

  • The Listing History provides the user with insightful data including listing dates, days on market, status, and type. A long time on the market, for example, could indicate that the listing price was too high.

  • Recent Listing Information provides details of the most recent listing for the subject property.

  • Agent/Broker information can be useful for contacting the most recent listing agent and broker for insights on the property.

  • The Value Trend data can help users understand the market trends over the past 24 months in a specific zip code.

  • An REO (Real Estate Owned) Price may indicate that a property needs repairs and may have a lower initial price compared to traditional listings.

  • Photos will show up to 25 of the most recent listing photos for the subject property, newest to oldest.

  • Listing History will show up to 10 listing history records, up to 10 years for the subject property, newest to oldest.

  • Recent Listing includes details of the most recent listing for the subject property.

  • Agent/Broker shows the listing agent and broker contacts for the most recent listing.

  • Value Trend shows the last 24 months of activity for the subject property's zip code, by month, oldest to newest.

    • Listing Price, Sale Price, and REO Price icons will show if the subject property was listed or sold in the last 24 months

Payoff Analysis

Payoff Analysis is now powered by Owner Link!

Our Payoff Analysis solution is now powered by Owner Link, so you can see exactly where your clients went to get a mortgage, refinance loan or home equity product. Owner Link is a unique, persistent identifier assigned to each individual or business involved in property and loan transactions. It allows users to look deeper into their payoffs for a fuller picture of client behavior.

  • See exactly which lenders payoff clients go to for their next transaction to adjust marketing strategies and better understand the competition.

  • Payoff Analysis now provides more data on subsequent transactions. Customers can view the mortgage data along with the name and NMLS ID of the loan officer who originated that loan.
