Introducing the New Araya Support Form

Fast answers to your pressing questions

We are excited to announce a brand-new way to get help when you need it! We’ve redesigned the Araya support experience to get your questions answered faster and more efficiently.

What's changing?

Previously, when you clicked "Contact Us," it opened a blank email to our support team. We have now replaced the email system with a smart, in-app support form that opens directly inside your Araya platform.

Why is this better for you?

Faster Resolutions, Less Back-and-Forth: In the past, our support team often had to reply to your initial email to understand your problem clearly. 

Now, when you are logged into Araya, our new form does the heavy lifting for you. Behind the scenes, the form automatically captures your user information, account details, and the exact Araya product you are currently using. This means our support team has all the necessary context the second your ticket is created, allowing them to jump straight into solving your problem.

Using the new support form is quick and easy:

  1. Locate the Help Button: While working in Araya, click on the "Still Need Help? Contact Us" button.

  1. Review Auto-filled Information: If you are logged in, your email will already be filled out for you. Please enter your first and last name. 

  1. Select Your Issue: Use the "How can we help?" dropdown menu to categorize your request (e.g., Walkthrough/How To, Technical Error, etc.).

  1. Describe the Problem: Use the free-form text box to provide details about your request or issue. Walk us through your steps and identify where the issue is occurring.

  1. Attach Files (Optional): You can now easily upload files or screenshots directly to your support ticket using the "Attachments" button.

  1. Submit: Hit submit! You will receive a confirmation email for your records, and a member of our support team will reach out to you with a targeted solution.

We're always looking for ways to improve your Araya experience, and hope this new seamless support flow helps you get back to your work faster than ever!
