We're excited to announce several key updates designed to provide you with better economic intelligence and improved platform efficiency. 

Chief Economist's Insights (available monthly, starting November 13th) 

Gain authoritative, data-driven analysis from Cotality's Chief Economist, Dr. Selma Hepp, on key economic and housing trends. This free report helps you inform your strategy and stay ahead of market shifts. (Find it under the News tab.) 

Enhanced Help & Support Center

Get questions answered instantly with our new tool. Access comprehensive knowledge, onboarding guides, and guided tours more easily than ever from the Help Center (?), located on the top right corner of the navigation bar. 

Custom Subscription Naming (Admin Only)

Easily distinguish between multiple subscriptions by replacing the confusing string of numbers with a customized, relevant name. Navigate to the Admin tab and use the Details page to change the subscription name.

New: Account Admin Role (Enterprise Focused)

This new non-application role is perfect for large enterprises, allowing you to designate a user whose sole purpose is user management. This improves security and delegation by ensuring that this administrator cannot access application data or features. Contact support@cotality.com to request that this role/user be created for your account. 

Property Intelligence

New PI enhancements improve user experience, time, and cost management.

• Pro and Pro Plus customers with a subscription of 150 or fewer Addresses per month can now view their remaining credits and addresses to better gauge and monitor usage during each billing period and prevent unexpected overage charges. 

• Users with subscriptions of 150 or fewer Addresses per month will now see their remaining address and credit counts on the navigator bar.

• Users now see a visual indicator when an address or credit is unlocked during their contracted period, helping them track usage more easily.

• Users can save time and improve efficiency by accessing product information and tutorials directly within the user interface support center.

Additional flood data is also available in the Flood Map section to inform decisions about a property.

• Flood Zone Code: Identifies properties based on their risk of flooding and helps determine flood insurance requirements. 

• SFHA: Indicates if the subject property is IN or OUT of a Special Flood Hazard Area.  

New Property Details Summary report saves space

Users now have the option to download a shorter summary version of the Property Details report, making it easier to quickly view the property details in fewer pages with a smaller file size than the full report, saving storage space. 

Precision Marketing: New Notes and Filters

Precision Marketing users can now add notes to their contact details. At the bottom of the details page, select View Details and then Add Note. 

New Simple Filters have been added to our Equity audience. Users can now filter for Favorites and Shoppers. 

Market Intelligence: Introducing Real Estate Office

What is Real Estate Office?

Real Estate Office enables Mortgage and Real Estate customers to identify and track production totals for individual real estate offices associated with different real estate brokers.

Real Estate Office Use Cases:

With Real Estate Office, Market Intelligence customers can now:

• View originator production by office location to prioritize support and engagement efforts.

• Compare an originator's performance to others in the branch to benchmark their success.

• Discover production trends by office to identify high-performing teams and underperforming locations.

• Drill down into individual agent performance within each office to provide targeted coaching and identify top-producing offices and originators, to focus recruitment efforts on high-performing regions

  

This new profile functionality will be available to all Premium Market Intelligence customers. To access this new feature, enter the name of a real estate broker and filter search results by Real Estate Office.
