🔥 Market Intelligence: Market Share %, Free Property Intelligence Profiles, Title Company Transaction Reports

Welcome to our first release notes of 2025! Here are the highlights of the latest updates rolling out today, along with some key improvements made earlier this year.

Dashboard Marketshare (%) Calculations

We've always shown your total transaction dollar amount and count in our top charts. Now, you can also see market share percentages to better understand your position relative to competitors.

• By default, market share is calculated based on the total transaction value.

• Toggle option: You can switch to count-based market share (Click Actions > Count), which calculates your share as a percentage of total transaction counts.

• This information is now available on both the dashboard page and in CSV exports.

Marketshare Over Time Reports

Tracking market share trends just got easier! Our new Market Share Over Time reports let you:

• See leaderboard rankings as a line graph, broken out by the month.

• Track how your ranking changes over time against your competition.

• Analyze historical trends to understand shifts in market dynamics.

  

Easy Links to Property Intelligence

You've probably noticed the Property Intelligence option on Araya—if you haven’t checked it out yet, now’s the time!

• When viewing transaction details in Market Intelligence, simply click on a property address to instantly access in-depth property insights.

• Available details include ownership history, liens, comps, estimated value, permits, and more.

• All Araya customers have access to the free Property Intelligence overview, while additional insights may require an upgraded plan. If you’re interested in more features, please reach out to your client success manager or a sales representative.

Title Companies & Attorney Reports - Bug Fix

We fixed an issue where Title Company and Attorney rankings only considered transactions with loans, ignoring transactions without loans (e.g., cash sales).

• Now, rankings in Title and Attorney reports consider all transactions, providing a more accurate picture of market activity.

• No action is needed—the corrected data is already live in your reports.
