Market Intelligence - New Data on Mortgage Brokers, Title Companies, Attorneys!

We are thrilled to announce some fantastic new updates to Market Intelligence as of June 25th! Our latest upgrade introduces several enhancements, providing you more data that improves your knowledge of the market. Here’s what’s new:

Mortgage Broker Data

• Profile Pages: Access originations data for every lender or broker with a NMLS ID.

• Connections: Discover the most valuable loan officers and real estate agents each mortgage broker works with.

• Search: Locate companies by name or NMLS using the search bar.

New Search Options:

• Lender Search: Shows only lending institutions and excludes mortgage brokers. This is the default search setting, so no changes are needed if you prefer this view.

• Lender or Broker Search: Shows both lending institutions and mortgage brokers. To include both, go to the search page, select "More" under Market Personas, and then choose "Lender or Broker."

Title Company & Attorney Data

• Profile Pages: Title Companies and Attorneys now have dedicated profile pages, allowing you to view their past history and relationships with other real estate professionals.

• Search: Easily find Title Companies and Attorneys by searching their names in the search bar.

Cash Sales

• Filters: You can now choose to include or exclude cash sales in the filters menu.

• This provides more comprehensive information on the performance of real estate agents, title companies, and attorneys.
