Personalized Dashboards, Tailored to Your Job Role!

The next time you sign in, you’ll be asked a few quick questions about your industry and job function. This helps us modify the Market Intelligence experience to provide better insights for your market.

For example, if you’re a mortgage originator you’ll be prompted to enter your NMLS ID. From there, we’ll build a personalized view of your real estate agent network to help you quickly grow, track, and nurture those relationships.

And this is just the beginning — for those of you in other industries and roles, we'll soon be adding customizable experiences for you too!

Better Export Files and Details

Based on your feedback, we’ve improved your export files to make them more useful and easier to navigate!

• All Title Company and Attorney report exports will now show you a detailed breakdown by New Home, Resale, and Construction categories. We know this segmentation is important for your market share analysis!

• Every time you export data, you’ll now see a quick description at the top of your CSV file — including the report name, filters you applied, and a timestamp for when you ran it. No more guessing which file is which when you’re viewing multiple reports.
