What’s New

New Market Trends report

The new Market Trends report provides added context for a subject property by surfacing local sales and listing trends.

You can now view market trends for a selected subject property to gain additional insights and support more informed property decisions quickly. Use this report to understand recent activity near the subject property.

Market Trends report includes:

Sales trends

• 12-month sales price % change

• Median sales prices

• Number of sales and foreclosures

• Comparable sales

Listing trends

• 12-month listing price % change

• Median listing prices

• Number of listings

• Days on market (open and closed listings)

• Nearby active listings

• Listing info for the subject property

CSV downloads for key reports

Users can download key reports in CSV format, making it easy to run additional analysis or import results into other tools and systems.

• Liens & Events

• AVMs

• Comparables (previously available)

Additional reports will be added over time.

Direct link to Property List

From the Property Intelligence overview page, users can now open Property List and quickly create a list of properties to track—reducing clicks and saving time.

• If you have a Property List subscription, the link will open the “Create a custom search” page in Property List 

• If you do not have a Property List subscription, the link will open the “Learn More” page and describe Property List features and benefits
