New Property Intelligence comparables report format | Expanded export options and favorite contacts in Precision Marketing

Property Intelligence

Property Intelligence has introduced a new feature allowing users to download Comparables reports in .csv format, enhancing efficiency and flexibility by offering spreadsheet use for easy property comparisons.

How does it work?

• Launch Property Intelligence, Search for a property by Address, APN, or Owner

• Click Comparables on the left of your screen, Click Download Report on the upper right, Choose CSV from the drop down

Other tips:

• The .csv file is downloaded based the user's browser download settings

• Users can choose where their files are saved based on their browser settings

• The .csv file name will be comparables-[clipID].csv

• Users cannot choose the file name at the time of download

• Users can change the file name once downloaded 

Precision Marketing  

Precision Marketing users now have expanded export options. In addition to exporting all, selected, or filtered data, users can export all shoppers, all equity candidates, or favorites.   

Precision Marketing users also have the option to highlight specific contacts.

Simply select the star on the contact detail card to "favorite" a contact.  

Then filter for favorites in the Simple Filters section.
