Property List: What's New

We’re excited to announce two new enhancements to improve your user experience!

• Building Permit Filter: You can now filter your property list criteria based on building permit information, including project type and permitted project details. Uncover more insights when you create targeted lists with filtering based on building permit project type. Note: Exporting building permit details remain restricted.

• Custom Column Order and Naming: When exporting lists, you can now reorder and rename selected columns to match your preferred format and naming conventions, for improved customization and flexibility. Note: Mortgage fields will always be grouped together, even when appending to an existing list.

Market Intelligence Enhancements  

We’ve rolled out new Market Intelligence enhancements designed to help you pinpoint opportunities, contact key players, and get answers faster without changing your workflow. 

• Loan Officer Contact Data: The business email and phone numbers of loan officers can now be found on their profile and all loan officer-related downloads. Reach out to top producers in Market Intelligence now! 

More new features:

• Expanded geography search + profiles: Explore County and CBSA views with rich market data (including loan, sale, and listing details). 

• Faster, simpler report building: We streamlined the report generator so you can find the right filters faster, clearly see what’s applied, and confirm record counts before you run. 

• MLS coverage update: Greater Las Vegas MLS (Las Vegas + Henderson) is now back in Market Intelligence.
