New: Reference IDs for Property Intelligence Reports!

Property Intelligence now allows users to add a custom Reference ID to any report—making it easier to track usage, allocate costs, and bill clients accurately.

Why this matters

With Reference IDs, you can:

  • Assign report costs to specific branches or teams

  • Track report usage by client, project, or internal code

  • Simplify internal chargebacks and client billing

 How it works

  • A new Reference ID field is available when generating a Property Intelligence report

  • Once entered, the Reference ID will appear on:

    • The PDF report

    • The CSV export

    • The Ref ID column in your usage report

If no Reference ID is entered, reports will generate as usual without any Ref ID displayed.  

Reference ID guidelines

  • You can enter up to 50 characters

  • Alphanumeric characters plus:
    / ? ! @ # - , \ * & _

Good to know

  • Reference IDs are not stored permanently; recent entries may appear based on your browser settings

  • Duplicate Reference IDs are allowed, giving you flexibility in how you track reports
