Precision Marketing Equity Candidate Feature

Dear Precision Marketing User,

CoreLogic is thrilled to introduce our latest feature, “Equity Candidate”! This exciting enhancement gives you access to additional customer monitoring to help retain your customers. It makes identifying and engaging with potential equity customers effortless, making Equity Candidate a game-changer in your marketing strategy.

Equity Candidate combines CoreLogic's best-in-class AVM and market data to identify your customers with equity. The new filters allow you to tailor your marketing to customer needs like VA IRRRL or FHA refinance. Here's how it works:

Shopper and Equity Toggle: The toggle button allows you to select between home shoppers or equity leads. You can view leads from contacts visiting houses listed for sale on the MLS or contacts likely to be eligible for an equity-based loan product.

Equity Sort Selection: After selecting the “Equity” toggle button, the sort function will be defaulted to Estimated Equity (High to Low). You can also sort from the following options: Customer Name, CLTV, Estimated Equity, and Date of Purchase.

Detail Cards: If an equity candidate is also a shopper, a “Shopper” badge will appear on their detail card.

Filters: From the Equity toggle selection, you can use the following new filters:

CLTV:

Est. Equity:

AVM Value:

Loan Type:

Export: The file export will identify whether the identified customer is a home shopper or an equity candidate in columns B and C.

New Shopper: If a New Shopper has been identified in the last 5 days, a “New Shopper” badge will appear on the detail card. There will also be an option to filter for New Shoppers for both the home shopper and equity audiences.
