We're excited to share the latest update in Property Intelligence. The comparables report now offers a new way to create and save personalized criteria for comparable properties. With this new feature, you can create custom criteria and save them as default settings for future searches, making your workflow faster, more consistent, and tailored to your specific needs.

To create new custom search criteria:

1.     Within Property Intelligence, navigate to the comparables page from the left of your screen.

2.     Click the ‘Comp Criteria’ icon in the top right corner

3.     From the dropdown, select ‘New Comp Criteria’

4.     Set your preferred filters using the available criteria options

5.     To save your criteria for future use, click the toggle next to ‘Save Criteria’ at the bottom of the filter menu.

6.     When prompted, enter a name for your saved criteria and click "apply". Please note: Saved criteria need to be uniquely named.

Once saved, you can reapply your custom criteria at any time by setting it to ‘Default Criteria’, which will automatically apply the selected criteria each time you run the comparables report.

To do this:

  1. Click the three dots to the right of your saved criteria name (below, labeled "criteria 1") to open the dropdown menu.

  2. Select “Set as Default Criteria”. Use this menu to view, edit, or delete your saved criteria in the future.

Portfolio management improvements in Precision Marketing, Climate Risk, Payoff Analysis, Lost Leads Analysis, Affiliate Leads Analysis

Users of these Araya products can now upload files, including full state names and in additional file formats (.xlsx & .txt), saving time, improving ease of use, and making them more efficient.

What has changed?

  • The upload Box has been enabled to select and drop additional file formats.

  • For .xlsx files, there is a conversion process to convert the file to .csv.

  • If the user's file is .csv or .txt, the current upload process remains the same.

  • "2 letter State Code required” was removed from instructions on the File Import screen

  • “2 letter” was removed from the sample files column header for “State”.

  • A User's file can contain both the full state name and the 2-letter state abbreviation.

  • Users will see the state name in the format they uploaded.

  • For Payoff, Affiliate Leads Analysis, and Lost Leads, the sample file has been updated to "Zip Code - Left 5 – required".

As always, we would love to hear your feedback and look forward to improving your product experience!
