Property Intelligence: Document Image Search is now available!

This update introduces a new way to access document images. Previously, document images could only be accessed within the Property Details and Liens & Events tabs. Property Intelligence now offers the ability to search for Official County Records (e.g., Deeds, Mortgages, Liens, etc.) via Doc Image Search capability. Available document types, date ranges, and search methods will vary from county to county.

To access Document Image Search:

1. Navigate to the Property Intelligence tile on Araya. 

2. The default view of Property Intelligence is Property Search, but you can quickly switch to Doc Image Search by selecting 'Doc Image Search' on the top right of the product screen.

   

3. Once you switch views, you will see this box appear on your screen:

   

4. To begin your document image search, you will first need to enter the State and County for the document image you are looking for. As you progress in the workflow, Step 2 (Document Type) and Step 3 (Document Details) will be enabled for your input. Once all the required inputs are entered, our system will assist in searching for the document you are requesting.
