Property Intelligence: Introducing Building Permits and PDFs for Property Details

Hello! As we approach the end of the year, we wanted to share some exciting features geared to help in your daily workflow. Here is what's new:

Building Permits

Building Permit data is now available on Property Intelligence! Building Permits include data on residential plumbing, mechanical, electrical, remodels, and more.

You can review Building Permits for a specific property for just one credit. To access this data, navigate to the Building Permits tab in the product navigation bar on the left side of the screen.

Any associated Building Permit data will be displayed on the screen; if there is no Building Permit data for the specific property, you will not be charged the one credit fee. 

PDFs for Property Details

PDF capabilities are now available in the Property Details tab! To download a PDF, navigate to Property Details and click 'Download Report' on the top right of your screen.

In the coming months, we will expand this capability to other Property Intelligence tabs. Stay tuned for more updates.
