Property List enhancements
The following Property List enhancements offer new insights, improved usability and flexibility.
Create a partial list by geography You have a new way to get the data you need when you only want to target specific geographic areas. Now you can easily extract and purchase a tailored subset of any existing list based on your exact geographic needs.
Improved Flexibility, Cost control, and User Experience This new option provides more flexibility, cost control, and a better user experience now that you can purchase partial lists by commonly used geographic granularities directly from an existing list.
Here's how it works:
When you set a record limit, select Geography
You can choose to limit by Count or Percent
Apply your limit by State, County, City or Zip code
Save and export your list. (Note: Selection is locked to one geography type only, i.e., once a county is selected, all remaining choices must be counties.)
New Property Intelligence report enhancements
Enhance your Property Intelligence reports to strengthen your brand and save time by downloading multiple reports as a single, consolidated PDF.
Improved branding Users can now choose to add their first and last name, company name, and email to the top of all reports to identify themselves as the source of the report, promoting their brand to clients.
New option to customize reports with your contact information:
Now available: Select multiple reports to download as one PDF file for greater efficiency. (Note: This new option is available for PDF downloads only. AVM reports must be run separately.)
Save time by choosing multiple reports to download as a single PDF.
