Redesigned Precision Marketing dashboard and Property Intelligence enhancements

We’ve redesigned the Precision Marketing dashboard to help you find and act on the right audiences faster.

Separate views for leads and equity map

The dashboard now shows the map on a separate tab from the lead list. Equity insights appear in both the lead list and the map views.

This means less clutter and a clearer path to the data you’re looking for—whether you’re prospecting new leads or analyzing customer equity.

Filters that stay put

Filters now remain visible as you scroll and navigate between views. With the toggle removed, you can view all records with a result under lead details. (Shopper and Equity will now act as filters under customer type: see below.)

New filtering and sorting options

We’ve added a customer type filter so you can quickly segment by:

  • Shopper

  • Equity

  • Propensity to HELOC

  • Propensity to Refi

We've also included a newest shoppers sort option to surface the most recent activity first (based on the started shopping date.) Both additions give you more precise control over how you prioritize outreach.

Faster exports, less friction

With cleaner views and persistent filters, exporting exactly the data you need is now more straightforward. Select from the new options below:

  • Export all customers: Exports your entire portfolio

  • Export all results: Exports all the records where we have identified a result

Property Intelligence: additional insights and time savings 

Property Intelligence now includes enhanced price-per-square-foot data in both the Property Characteristics user interface and Comparables report.

With access to both living area and gross area price per square foot, you can evaluate subject and comparable properties more quickly, gain clearer valuation insights, and make more informed decisions with less manual analysis.

 Important notes: 

  • Living Area is defined as general living area, and generally excludes Garage, Porch, or Unfinished Basement. 

  • Living Area price/sqft is calculated as Sale Price or Sale Price Estimate divided by Living area. 

  • Gross Area is defined as the entire square footage under the roof, including garage. 

  • Gross Area price/sqft is calculated as Sale Price or Sale Price Estimate divided by Gross area. 

  • This data is currently available under Property Characteristics and
    comparables in the user interface and the Comparables PDF report. 

  • The Comparables report includes the Living Area and Gross Area Price/sqft for the subject property and all Comparable properties.
