Market Intelligence - Filter Improvements and Data Enhancement Features

I’m excited to share with you some details on a scheduled upgrade to Market Intelligence!

Our upgrade is scheduled to take place on Monday, April 8 at 2 AM-10 AM PT, during which you may experience some limited access or intermittent downtime. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to minimizing any disruption and your satisfaction is our top priority.

After the upgrade, you can look forward to several new features and enhancements designed to enrich your Market Intelligence experience, including:

Filter Improvements

• Default filters: You can select your favorite filters as your “default” so that they display every time you open Market Intelligence.

• Persistent filters: Any filters you set will be applied across all pages you visit, allowing seamless navigation between the dashboard, individual profiles, or transaction details, without needing to redo filters.

Data enhancements

• LO’s Employer: On the loan officer page, we now display their current employer, providing more accurate information, especially for mortgage brokers. (Previously this showed the lender they worked with most in the last few years).

• Better Search: Loan officer search gives you better results. Previously, LO’s with middle names and nicknames were hard to find. Now you’re able to easily find them if that’s the name they registered with NMLS.

• Data Currency: See when each county last updated their transactions data, and which months are closed for reporting.

Map Improvements

• Easy Interactions: The map tool is now more user-friendly than ever. Clicking on the map will automatically zoom and adjust your filters to the selected geography.

• Profile page maps: When viewing a profile page (e.g., lender, loan officer, etc.), you can quickly visualize the geographic footprint of their primary origination areas.
