Welcome to our first release notes of 2025! We’ve been rolling out updates throughout the year, and today we’re excited to highlight the latest improvements. You can now see market share percentages in the dashboard and CSV exports, based on either total transaction value or count. Our new Market Share Over Time reports break down leaderboard rankings by month, helping you track trends over time. We’ve also made it easier to access Property Intelligence—just click on a property address in Market Intelligence to view detailed insights. Lastly, we fixed a Title Company ranking bug, ensuring that all transactions, including cash sales, are now factored in. Let us know what you think, and stay tuned for more updates!
